2. Client Responsibilities

3. Payment & Refund Policy
3.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include paylink, Zelle,Cash App, Goggle and Apple Pay.
3.2 No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once services have been provided.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a session. Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without refund.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
4.1 Client Confidentiality: All financial and personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for consulting purposes.
4.2 Data Protection: We do not sell or share client information with third parties, except as required by law.
4.3 Marketing Communications: Clients may receive updates and promotional materials but can opt out at any time.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes. Financial success depends on individual circumstances, market conditions, and personal financial decisions.
5.2 Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for any financial losses, decisions, or consequences resulting from our consultations.
5.3 Third-Party Resources: Any third-party services, tools, or recommendations provided are for reference only. We do not endorse or guarantee their effectiveness.
6. Termination of Services
6.1 By Client: Clients may discontinue services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
6.2 By Company: We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or is uncooperative.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by the laws of New York.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Refund Policy for One-on-One Financial Consultations
At Events by Ms. G, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. While our consulting services are non-refundable, we do offer a partial refund option for last-minute cancellations under specific conditions.
1. General Policy
• All payments for one-on-one financial consultations are final.
• Refunds will not be issued once a session has been completed.
• Partial refunds may be available for last-minute cancellations (see Section 3).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1 Client Cancellations:
• 24+ Hours’ Notice: Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled session may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund upon request.
• Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice (Last-Minute Cancellation):
• If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, they may request a 50% refund or they may reschedule at no additional cost.
• If a client fails to show up without any prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2.2 Company Cancellations:
• If we need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
• Clients will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
• If a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), a full refund will be issued upon request.
• If we are unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances on our end and the client does not wish to reschedule, a full refund may be provided.
4. Refund Request Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refunds for Digital Products & Courses
• For downloadable guides, courses, or online materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• If a client experiences technical issues accessing a product, we will provide support to resolve the issue but will not issue refunds.
